Three different things called download
An APK installs Android software. A subtitle file contains text and timing. An offline movie download stores media under the selected service's rules. None of these is created by saving a poster in Cinehub.
Does Cinehub provide downloadable movie files?
This site supplies title browsing, a local list and viewing links, not movie-file downloads. If a viewing service offers offline playback, use its supported app and check the edition, audio, storage needs and expiry conditions before travelling.
SPlayer and VLC questions
External players need a compatible media source. Installing a player does not provide missing episodes or convert an app-specific download into a general video file. Protected downloads may only open in the service that supplied them.
Old “download under maintenance” messages
A message from an older Cinehub app describes that application's download workflow at the time. It is not a current maintenance notice for this website. A new year in a search result does not establish that the old feature returned.
Before leaving a reliable connection, test the actual offline item in the viewing app. Keep a Cinehub list backup separately if you also want to move your shortlist to another browser.
